It was very emotional for me when in the middle of 2017, they told me that I would participate in the SEEDS 2 project in Peru, this opportunity represented a great responsibility for me, not only with my organization but with each one of my colleagues with whom I was going to share this experience with.
Being away from home, I reinforced a lot of the knowledge that I had acquired during my years in Taltokalis; I learned new things like being able to coexist with people of different customs and ideas, being tolerant and respecting others opinions, even if I do not agree. All the information they gave us will help me make my work much better, it will also help me in my personal and family projects by being able to grow my family business. This experience allowed me to get to know each of my co-workers in a different way, since we never had the opportunity to interact in such an openly and more united way.
